Catalyst’s team members have a proven track record of developing and owning high-quality for rent and for sale communities in numerous markets throughout the Southeastern U.S. The team’s broad experience includes market assessment, project entitlement, design coordination, project capitalization, construction, management, permanent financing, and dispositions. Asset classes of focus include conventional multi-family, build to rent townhomes and SFR, affordable and 55+ multi-family rental communities, as well as ancillary retail, office, and self-storage where part of a larger multi-family development.
