Update On The Exchange At Rock Hill: September 2021

Comments 0

One of the projects we’re most excited about is showing some great progress:

The Exchange at Rock Hill.

This development may seem like it’s been a long time coming as it first began in 2018 when the parcel of land was sold by the City of Rock Hill, but The Exchange at Rock Hill has been progressingvery well as buildings are being framed out and prepared for the next phase.

Currently, building three has been framed while building two is almost complete and building one’s framing is about to begin. This project remains on pace to be completed by Summer 2022.

As Multifamily Biz reported earlier, The Exchange at Rock Hill “will be a best-in-class Mixed Use Development consisting of 229 apartments with a pool and outdoor lounge, roof deck, state of the art fitness center, and co-working space along with over 26,000 square feet of adaptive reuse retail and commercial space.”

With goals in sight, this project will be a gamechanger in the greater Rock Hill area. Stay tuned for further developments!
